Challenging case with symptomatic right-sided internal carotid artery stenosis, located high above the carotid bifurcation, making endarterectomy impossible. The CTA results showed75% stenosis with low-density plaque morphology (mainly lipidic/inflammatory tissue, 24 Hounsfield units) and no calcification observed.
