Milestone reached: the first three robotic-assisted procedures have been successfully completed with the EDGE Medical MP surgical robotic system at the National Institute of Oncology. Two prostatectomies and one hysterectomy — all smooth and safe, all following several days of intensive team training. Huge kudos to everyone involved! Cases like these are never just about the robotic system: they are the result of long preparation, teamwork and a genuine willingness to adopt new technology.
This is a significant step forward for minimally invasive surgery in Hungary, and an important one for our partnership with the Institute.
