Patient with multiple CTO, EF > 20%. During this high-risk PCI case with iVac-2L the patient was hemodynamically stable through the whole procedure. The iVAC 2L is a short term, fully percutaneous, 17Fr transfemoral LVAD that effectively generates blood flow up to 2 liters per minute. Congratulations to the heart team of University of Szeged.
